They do have a website and an online shop. I like the Arriba nacional cacao powder best but they usually have at least a couple of varieties. Their cacao nibs are incredible too.<br /><br />I haven't made my own 'chocolate bars' but I hear you on the salt in the chocolate - one reason I love this treat so much. I like the Lindt bar but there is another (saltier) dark chocolate bar I am particularly partial to. It is the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate bar from the Fair Trade Bar line of Galerie Au Chocolat.
